RentSimpli managed our condo in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA. During the time we worked with them, we were constantly impressed by their professionalism, market knowledge, and reasonable rates. On one occasion, my husband and I were traveling internationally, and the condo had a major plumbing emergency. RentSimpli took control of the situation and liaised with our tenant, a difficult HOA, all the vendors involved in the repairs and the two additional tenants living in the two condos above ours. I would highly recommend their services, and we will use them again in the future for any property management needs that we have.

They have amazing service. I am so happy that I was able to rent from RentSimpli. They are always on top of everything that I need. I had my Garage door go out, and they had a a service man out the next day with a new opener installed in 2 business days. It would have been 1 but the repair man had to get parts. I was so pleasantly surprised. Very easy to deal with and they automate my renting process so it is seamless. Very happy with their service as a Property Management Team.
